Stonehaven Guest Cottages

Stonehaven is a small farm in the Hemel en Aarde Valley offering a nature retreat experience. The two bedroom guest houses offer two contrasting senses of place. The solid tactile brick forms of the bedrooms embody ‘retreat’ and the inside/ outside flow of the intervening living area encourages an immersion into the green surroundings. A sense of the timeless, the enduring and the necessary are woven into this very simple architectural composition.
